Bread is the core product – around 8 million loaves of Kingsmill are produced each week. Include other brands Allinson, Burgen and Sunblest, plus private label bread, and it adds up to a massive 14 million loaves every week.

Our operation is a high-volume process environment, 24-7 that requires co-ordination, pace and accuracy. In fact, we have orders completed and ready for despatch by 10pm on the day they are placed.

Quality is at the heart of our business. With Quality the consumer’s opinion is everything. We have invested heavily in process control technology and automation. Our Quality Assessment System focuses on an assessment during production to enable immediate corrective action to be taken.
