We operate three milling sites with five mills, one in Belfast, two in Manchester and two in Tilbury with one being a semolina milling operation. The Tilbury site also hosts our Central Office finance and administration function. We produce a wide range of white, wholemeal and specialty flours formulated with our customers to meet their exact requirements. In order to maintain our position at the forefront of the milling industry we have invested heavily in state of the art flour and semolina milling equipment. Our mills operate 365 days a year enabling us to service our customers’ delivery requirements 24 hours a day seven days a week. Our business continually strives to maintain the highest quality values. Flour and semolina products are manufactured to defined standards for quality, functionality and food safety.
